Years go by and seasons flow. In the past three years, affected by the epidemic, the global economy has been in a downturn. Looking back on 2022, we rose against the wind with hard work, wrote the footprints of development with sweat, and engraved the journey of struggle with time.

In 2022, Shallpack has maintained sustained and stable development in drink & beverage, food, pharmaceutical, daily chemical and other industries.

Among them, the pressure sensitive labeling machine customized for Jianlibao reaches 48000 bottles/hour for wrap around labeling (with non-stop labeling system), reaches the labeling speed of 300 meters/minute, which has currently no competitor in the market.

By advantages of mature visual camera positioning technology, Shallpack pressure sensitive labeling machines with camera positioning system have continued gaining some beverage projects in East China and Northeast China in 2022.

In the food industry, in addition to the seasoning industry, there are new applications on mooncakes (food) this year.

In the pharmaceutical industry, Shallpack continues to expand its application in the pharmaceutical industry with our linear and rotary pressure sensitive labeling machines.

In the daily chemical industry, domestic and foreign factories of well-known daily chemical brands, such as Whealth Group, Wipro Unza Group, continue to choose Shallpack as their labeling machine supplier.

After the applications of Shallpack’s hot melt labeling machines in the big barrel water in C’est Bon and Gansen (well knew brands of big barrels of mineral water in China), Shallpack hot melt glue labeling machines have been applied in Ganten (15 L) and Dongting Mountain (15 L) in Jiangsu Province. In addition to developing new customers, the small bottle water project has also won the recognition of our regular customers by virtue of simple design of equipment, precise processing technology and satisfactory after-sales service. Customers of Yimeng Mountain Spring, Country Garden, a customer in Venezuela (30000 bottles/hour of aerated beverage) and other projects have again selected the Shallpack’s hot melt adhesive labeling machines in their new production lines.

In recent years, the beer industry has updated and optimized the traditional packaging process, and Shallpack has added, in 2022, new cases of PET bottles + hot melt labeling (27000 bottles/hour), and glass bottles + stickers (more than 36000 bottles/hour) to replace the package of cold glue labeling with precut paper label on glass bottles.

The popularity of Shallpack in foreign countries has also been rising, and the export performance in 2022 has increased by about 30% compared with that in 2021.
